They change our lives just by being born. It is so much for the heart to take. 

As soon as they can walk, a new chapter has begun. We do our best to keep up with them, can't help but be inspired by them, and need to capture a bit of that innocence. Big and small, they all have a spark and a uniqueness that is eager to show itself. 

There is a special bond that exists between siblings; they love you through it all but sometimes you think how are we related??

Family. It means so many different things, but our very own family is one we want to surround with love, to truly see us and to always be there. 

To remember just a day, just a regular day in your life, those moments will mean the most to you as the time passes. I spent the morning with a wonderfully fun family. From morning until nap, just after the birth of their third son, these are some of the moments of that day. 

Tucked into a quiet little town in the mountains of California live this beautiful family whom I am so lucky to know. From breakfast until bedtime, this is the story of one of their days. 

Yoga is the breath, a special place where we slow down and turn inward, a pose that requires our focus, and our temporary abandon of all that is calling us. 

I am on a quest to capture some of the magic and beauty of our public lands. They are so important and in need of protection.
